Is House Bill 6 Getting Repealed? Are Ohio Lighting Rebates Coming Back?

Ohio House Bill 6 has been called “the Ohio vs. The Future” bill, and was passed under a cloud of corruption accusations that has seen charges and accusations brought against PUCO Commission members and state legislators, and has left huge question marks in the minds of Ohio business owners . This bill takes money away from Ohio residents and businesses, and we are happy to read that the Ohio Legislature has started the process of repealing it. Well done, Representative Laura Lanese!
