"We-Did-Good Wednesday" -- Bridges of Hope

BoH Action 1.jpg

Back in April, as COVID-19 was threatening our friends and neighbors, Lighthouse Power Partners was proud to be selected by the Bridges of Hope leadership and donors to upgrade the lighting at the emergency homeless shelter in Xenia. We were part of the team responsible for making sure the shelter was safe, sanitary and certified for occupancy by clients during the early stages of the pandemic. The first phase of the project entailed replacing or retrofitting over 100 fixtures in the interior and exterior of the building, allowing the building to serve overnight clients and expand operations into parts of the building that couldn’t be used before. Over the 10-year estimated lifespan of the equipment, the project is expected to have tremendous environmental impact and will lower the building’s energy bills by roughly $50,000!
