The Headline:   It’s All About the Weather.   2020-2022 prices are up on hot weather and hurricanes.

The Bottom Line:    Prices climbed during the week last week, and finished Friday above last Friday’s levels on the front end of the forward curve.  Prices after 2025 came down slightly, but remain up over the last 3 weeks.   Locking in rates 2023-2025 is still advised, but monitor the market closely to watch for a market dip to minimize the risk of increased rates.
